Yacht Charters to Syvota
Syvota is one of the most exotic places in Greece due to the abundance of blue and green that characterizes the region of Thesprotia's prefecture. The region is known for its lacey coastlines, lush green islands, long protected beaches, crystal clear waves, and secret coves. Although it is well situated for sailors traversing the Ionian Sea, it is a must-see for travelers of all stripes.
The islands of Mavro Oros (meaning Black Mountain), Agios Nikolaos, Mourtemeno, and several smaller islets are located within a few miles from the coast. Remember that renting a boat and enjoying the region’s tranquil waterways is a worthwhile activity. Choose your own secluded beaches (our favorites are Diapori and Alati, which translates to “salt”) and allow yourself to get swept up in the enchantment of paradise.
The most famous beach in Agios Nikolaos is Pisina (meaning pool), with beautiful white sand and emerald blue crystal seas in a lush green setting. At Mourtemeno, go over a tiny strip of golden sand to Bella Vraka, the region’s second “5-star” beach.
Zavia Beach is lush and turquoise near the town core. Zeri and the sandy white Gallikos Molos Beaches (meaning french pier) in northern Syvota are worth seeing! After leaving Syvota, you may swim in Mikri and Megali Ammos (little and huge sand) beaches in Perdika.
